Welcome!  As a user of PoliteMail, we provide both self-paced, online training as well as live, instructor-led training; this allows you to go through the self-paced training first, and if you get stuck or have a question, you're able to pose those questions in the live training.  Nice!

What's covered.  This session is a guided introduction to the core features and functions of PoliteMail, as well as covering the differences between PoliteMail for the Outlook Desktop, PoliteMail for M365, and PoliteMail Online.  Instructors walk you through how to create a message in any of the interfaces, discuss the most common send options, and cover content and sharing.
