Welcome!  As a user of PoliteMail, we provide both self-paced, online training as well as live, instructor-led training; this allows you to go through the self-paced training first, and if you get stuck or have a question, you're able to pose those questions in the live training.  Nice!

This particular training is for PoliteMail Administrators. This 1-hour session will provide step-by-step guidance on navigating and mastering the key administrative capabilities of PoliteMail. Participants will learn how to efficiently set up and manage users, configure groups for targeted communication, launch and monitor campaigns, and create or customize fields to gather detailed insight.
